Shipping Timeframes
Orders ship within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 1–4 business days after shipment. All orders are carefully packed and shipped by the owners from Bell Buckle, Tennessee. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances — such as severe weather or carrier delays — may occasionally impact transit times.
Shipping Rates & Locations
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery of your orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order details. Our standard shipping rate for a box is $8.99. At this time, we ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at help@mollyandmeeloo.com and include photos of both the shipping box and the damaged contents. Our team will review the information and work quickly to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund. Molly & Meeloo is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If you believe your package has been stolen, we recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier. You're also welcome to reach out to us, and we will gladly assist in any way we can.
Address Accuracy & Returned Packages
To help your order arrive smoothly, please confirm your shipping details at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipment fees will apply.

Returns & Happiness Guarantee
Because our products are carefully selected for quality and safety — and many are consumable — we do not accept returns at this time. That said, your (and your pup's) happiness means everything to us. If something isn't right with your order, please reach out within 3 days of delivery at help@mollyandmeeloo.com and include your order number and a brief description of the issue (photos are always helpful). We review each situation individually and will always do our best to make it right — whether that means a replacement, refund, or another solution that leaves tails wagging. Our goal is simple: every Molly & Meeloo box should arrive ready to delight, without a bark.
